What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Please email us at support@thedaio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and any details, we’ll take care of it.
I haven’t received an order confirmation.
Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes it ends up there! Still can’t find it? Email us and we’ll resend it.
Why is my order taking so long to process?
Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process. During busy times or holidays, it might take a little longer.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Oops! Please email us with your order number. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is processed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please make sure your items and shipping address are correct before purchasing.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders can be cancelled due to payment issues or if an item sells out. You’ll get a full refund and an email update if this happens.
I received the wrong item. Help!
Oops! Please email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (visa, mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
But don’t worry, we’re working on expanding worldwide soon. Stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Once processed, orders usually arrive within 3–8 business days in the US and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping typically ranges from $9–$14 depending on your location.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $80. (Update with your actual threshold.)
What payment methods do you accept?
For international orders (once available), taxes and duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Are items returnable or exchangeable?
All items are final sale. Due to our small-batch production and limited inventory, we’re currently only able to offer exchanges.
What condition must items be in to exchange?
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please reach out to us at support@thedaio.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start your exchange.
